Amazing how different materials behave. Looking at these hats one would not say that they're made from the same blocks as the straw ones.
I'm in love with the "mandarin" hat and the tassel is just the perfect complement. The other hat is wonderful too... I'm afraid to ask... did you make those wonderful beaded balls too? I suspect you did, is there anything you cannot do?!!
The "Roswell" mannequins have just the right attitude to wear these hats(I say Roswell because that's what they make me think of!).

The heads are "Alien" like. You're 100% right. They're creepy.
